As an agent, Julian Calderin feels the substantial importance of educating his clients on the market as it currently stands. This transparence, which currently would be considered a seller’s market, is crucial from the onset. While other agents may tell the client only what they want to hear, Julian not only informs but explains the various data points so that his client has a realistic outlook on their search. This direct and open approach starts the rapport of trust that is important in a client/agent relationship.
Julian has worked in real estate for a year, and his fresh eyes can be helpful as the market continues to be fluid, and his experience evolves just as the real estate landscape does as well. Before being an agent, Julian was already learning from a different perspective through property investment, as well as construction and remodel work. He is also diligently working to build a network of professionals that will allow him to give answers or recommend his client to businesses ancillary to his transactional work, such as lawyers, title companies, contractors, etc.
This network, and ability to provide an all-encompassing assistance to his client is his ultimate goal: Being a concierge level agent who can answer or direct his client to the best possible professional in any related field.
A true Miami native, Julian has watched the changes to the area over time, visually, fiscally, neighborhood by neighborhood, and he can provide a special perspective to clients who may not know who to otherwise ask such questions. After attending the University of Maryland, Julian chose to return the area to be part of the active and competitive South Florida market. When not broadening his professional horizon, Julian can be found golfing, playing tennis, and enjoying the activities that these local waterways offer, such as fishing and diving.
