We had an outstandingly good experience with Chris and his team as we purchased our home with their invaluable help. Chris is strong in strategy, active in execution, and tenacious in following up. It's perhaps easy to underestimate the many things associated with the process leading to offer, negotiation, inspection, closing, and moving in - such as the many services you need along the way from inspectors, contractors to help with costing work that may need to be done, services needed for the home, etc. Having someone with local knowledge and a strong network of service providers that can be relied upon is invaluable, especially given the time-sensitivity and need for reliability throughout. Chris was personally attentive throughout and prolific with his communication especially via text and calls where he was usually responsive in minutes and could be relied upon to follow through without having to keep checking in. Beyond the purchase, Chris has continued to keep in touch and is generous with his help as we navigate the value add of some remodeling work. My wife and I would be happy to work with him again (this was in fact the second time he helped us purchase a home) although we are very happy with our purchase and not planning another move in the near future.
