At an early age, Christopher Wands learned that the key to success in life and real estate is to treat everyone with honesty and sincerity. Originally from Port Washington, NY, the Wands family has been synonymous with real estate for generations starting with his great-grandparents, grandparents, and, later, his mother, who became a top broker. Following in their footsteps, Christopher proudly continues the family legacy along with his younger brother Robert.
Since joining Douglas Elliman in 2016, Christopher has taken the South Florida real estate market by storm. In his first year, he sold an amazing 35 properties achieving rising star status as Elliman’s Rookie of the Year. Since then, he has won recognition for listing and selling some of South Florida’s finest properties, including representing the buyer for the penthouse at Miami’s One Thousand Museum for a record-setting $19.5 Million.
In 2022 Christopher founded The Wands Team, currently ranked #15th among Elliman teams nationwide.
His impressive accomplishments aside, Christopher’s clients appreciate his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and personable approach. A graduate of the University of Miami, Christopher is a North Bay Village resident who supports his community and charities such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In addition to his real estate business, Chris is also an active investor in start-ups. An avid fisherman and sailor, outside of work, you can find him on the water.
