Elke has leveraged her strategy to thrive in Miami’s residential landscape. After achieving her first multi-million-dollar sale at The Setai, Miami Beach at 24 years old, Elke has both experience and expertise in both resale and new development transactions – including a standout $9,250,000 pre-construction transaction at The Perigon, Miami Beach.

Elke graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Economics and a double minor in Marketing and Communications and has worked for commercial real estate developers in Miami and in Private Equity on the acquisitions side. She supported deal execution for a $1B AUM fund by conducting due diligence for commercial real estate acquisitions.

Elke joined Douglas Elliman to bring her commercial real estate, private equity, and tech startup background to her true passion – residential real estate in Miami.

As a former resident of Coral Gables and Brickell and current resident of Miami Beach, Elke is very well-versed in the geographical and cultural makeup of Miami. She is passionate about securing off-market listings for her clients through combining her knowledge of the city and utilizing her technical background which is necessary in acquiring off-market properties.

As a member of The Wands Team, Elke plans to help grow the already prominent team which has been named the #7 Team for Transactions in Florida and is amongst the Top 3% of all Teams Nationwide.
