Chris was personally attentive throughout and prolific with his communication especially via text and calls where he was usually responsive in minutes and could be relied upon to follow through without having to keep checking in. Beyond the purchase, Chris has continued to keep in touch and is generous with his help as we navigate the value add of some remodeling work. My wife and I would be happy to work with him again (this was in fact the second time he helped us purchase a home) although we are very happy with our purchase and not planning another move in the near future.
