Christopher sold my condo at a record high sale in my building while a 40yr certification and special assessment was going on…WHO DOES THAT? Christopher is Innately gifted, his abilities as a realtor covers every level and then some..… a game changer you might say!! Extremely hard working, quick witted, sales outstanding, ability to take any negative criticism (and I pushed him VERY hard at times out of frustration) very eloquently would turn it around to a complete positive and even better !! He is the most brutally honest and realistic about the market values gives great advise “do’s and dont’s”, constantly communicating and following up until its sold. Even after, the buyers had a couple of questions and Christopher called me once again. Looking back, I have to be honest, I could not have picked a more talented skilled realtor than Mr Christopher Wands, he is MIAMI’S BEST BY FAR….. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Chris was very responsive to our family's needs when we sold our condo in Miami Beach. He was enthusiastic and knowledgable about the current real estate market.
